George Smith-Graham is an experienced International Human Capital Management Consultant with over 30 years of working experience. He currently works as an International Consultant to the Government of Sierra Leone on the Establishment of the Wages and Compensation Commission of Sierra Leone. He has also undertaken several international assignments including Quality Assurance Support Services for the Government of Sierra Leone on the Job Evaluation and Labour Market Survey funded by the World Bank and executed by KPMG from 2014 to 2017. He was the first CEO of the Fair Wages and Salaries Commission (FWSC) of Ghana and led the full implementation of the Single Spine Pay Policy. He worked as the Senior Vice President, and Head of Human Capital Management and Administration of Databank Group. He also worked as the Human Resources Manager of the Forestry Commission of Ghana (FC), a multi-divisional organization where he was instrumental in the transformation of the Forestry Commission from a predominantly civil service organization into a corporate organization. His professional expertise is in the areas of organizational change and transformation, performance management, salary negotiations, job evaluation, and compensation management, among others. George Smith-Graham is the Founding President/CEO of the International Institute for Productivity and Public Management (IPPUM), Ghana and Sierra Leone and President/CEO of Strabsnet International Centre for Distance Learning. Between 2013 and 2017, He served on the Government of Ghana team to the International Monitoring Fund (IMF) / World Bank Spring and Annual meetings in Washington and Tokyo. He also served on the Government of Ghana team to the Governing Board and International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in Geneva Switzerland. He is currently a research student at the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership pursuing a Doctor of Business Leadership and PPA Business School, Paris – France studying Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). He holds an International Executive Master of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the Paris Graduate School of Management - Paris, France, a Graduate Diploma in Management from the International Professional Managers Association, UK and a degree in Economic Planning from the Republic of Cuba. Joseph is the Managing Director of Prime Insurance Company Limited. He is ultimately responsible for the strategic direction and executive leadership of the Company. He joined Prime Insurance in 2013 after holding numerous management roles and working in almost all the technical units of a Non-Life Insurance Company.

He was previously, Manager in charge of the Broker Relations Unit at Star Assurance Company Limited. He started his career in the Insurance industry from Enterprise Insurance Company Limited in 2000, having had a stint in the classroom at Accra Academy Senior Secondary as a Mathematics and General Science tutor Academically, he holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with specialization in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour from the Swiss Business School-SBS Zurich, Switzerland which he obtained from the Nobel International Business School, a Masters degree in Finance from the Central University Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast with a Diploma in Education that he obtained concurrently with his degree. John Quarbler Dordoh is a seasoned finance and audit professional with over 20 years of experience in financial management, internal auditing, risk assessment, and tax advisory. He holds an MBA in Finance & Risk Management and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). Currently, John is the Audit Manager at John Nipah & Associates, leading audits for clients in banking, insurance, and microfinance, including Union Rural Bank, GG Credit Microfinance, and Unique Insurance Company. His expertise includes ensuring compliance with financial standards, providing tax advisory services, and improving operational efficiency. Previously, John held senior roles as Head of Internal Audit and Head of Finance & Administration at Unique Insurance Company, where he oversaw financial reporting, budget management, and corporate governance. As Principal Inspector of Taxes at the Internal Revenue Service (GRA), he gained significant experience in tax audits and compliance. John's leadership is marked by integrity, strategic decision-making, and the ability to drive financial improvements. He holds certifications in IFRS, Income Tax Act, and Risk Management, and is dedicated to continuous professional development.

Matthias Rogers-Akpatah is a reinsurance executive with experience in reinsurance practice across Africa and has specific expertise in the design of reinsurance programmes, reinsurance accounting, and claims handling across various risk and regions, specifically within the Africa region. He worked with Ghana Re-insurance for over thirty (30) years where he rose through the ranks from an Assistant Superintendent till he became the Deputy Managing Director.

Matthias holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Ghana and a Diploma in Insurance from the West Africa Insurance Institute (WAII), Liberia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII) London, an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII),London and a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute London/ Ghana. He lectures at the Ghana Insurance College and is also a part-time lecturer at the Pentecost University College, Accra.

Benjamin Kofi Gyasi holds a Post Graduate Certificate and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management And Public Administration (GIMPA) as well as an M.A Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Coast. He got called to the Ghana Bar in 2010 after obtaining a Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in 2008 and a B.A. in Social Science.

Lawyer Gyasi has worked in the Ghana Civil Service for over ten (10) years which has equipped him with managerial and leadership skills acquired through Local Government practice. He is currently the Director of Finance and Administration at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture, Accra and a barrister with the Ogua Ashia Chambers and with Ben, Augustine & Associates (Humility Chambers).

Kwabena Frimpong-Manso Opuni studied pharmacy and subsequently obtained his MSc. Pharmaceutical Analysis & Quality Control degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana in 2005. He is a registered pharmacist since 2003, and a certified Project Management Professional since 2008. In 2016, he received his PhD from University of Rostock, Germany and awarded a three-month postdoctoral fellowship in 2019 at the same University. He is a DAAD Scholar. During his PhD studies, he obtained the prestigious Hermes grant from University of Rostock for a three-month stay at University of Washington, USA. He joined the Food and Drugs Authority in 2006 and moved to the School of Pharmacy, University of Ghana in 2010. He is currently an Associate Professor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with the School of Pharmacy, University of Ghana. He serves on GTEC Panel to assess undergraduate and graduate programmes in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences. He is also an External Examiner and Assessor for some tertiary institutions in Ghana. He has provided consultancy services in pharmaceutical regulation and services nationally and internationally. Specifically, he has consulted for the United States Pharmacopoeia Convention, Liberia Medicines and Health Products Regulatory Authority, West Africa Health Organization, PricewaterhouseCoopers Ghana Limited/Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunizations, German Technical Cooperation, and Eritrea National Medicines & Food Administration to train regulators in quality management systems, dossier assessment of medicines and vaccines, and monitoring and evaluation of vaccination during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ghana. He is a member of Royal Society of Chemistry, International Society for Infectious Diseases, American Association for the Advancement of Science, American Society for Mass Spectrometry, German Society for Mass Spectrometry, and Pharmaceutical Society of Ghana. He has attended several national and international conferences/training in medicines/vaccine regulation, and published several peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters and book. Currently, he is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of Food and Drugs Authority Ghana and a member of several boards such as the Advisory Board of Ministry of Health, Traditional Medicines Practitioners Council, DIHOC CAREWORLD Ghana Limited, and Prime Insurance Company Limited. He also serves on several national working technical committees on health and regulation of food & medicines.
